- Appliance King SvcWe called Appliance King (Craig) to repair our GE Profile refrigerator. Over the phone, Craig said the major repair issues with this model are typically either the motherboard, invertor, or compressor. The prices quoted to replace the board and/or invertor were reasonable, especially since he only uses factory OEM parts. Craig arrived exactly on time. It took an hour for him to disassemble and test each component, and to determine that it was a bad compressor. He said the compressor could be replaced but a new refrigerator would be the better choice. We were only charged a nominal service call fee which was more than reasonable given the amount of time and travel it took. I spent some time talking with Craig after the service call. He is an experienced old timer, honest, hardworking, ethical, and a breed of businessman rarely seen any more. If an appliance repair is needed, give Craig a call. Do it quickly, as a tradesman like him are quickly disappearing

"The saleswoman was helpful on the phone and the price was good, although we had to ask about the rebate. The problem came with the installation. The installers broke the pipe connection to our utility sink and then slid the sink back into place. They did not mention it--we only discovered what happened when we dumped a load of hot boiler water into the sink and it flooded out onto the basement floor. Needless to say, no one can PROVE what they did. But the sink was fine before the washer came and busted that night.

"Mo's team did a fabulous job in a very reasonable time period considering the nasty weather we get in the March/April timeframe. His men installed a series of french drains that will channel all the water coming from neighboring properties in to the drains, keeping our foundation free of excessive rain water.
