Anthony repaired the freezer gasket to make the seal tight again, and explained that this may have caused the problem. I appreciate his willingness to try an inexpensive repair before replacing expensive parts. He provided detailed instructions about how to manually defrost the unit and what the next steps will be if the problem persists after defrosting. Anthony was thorough, generous with his time, and, I believe, honest. He patiently answered all of my questions both about the refrigerator and also about other appliances (stove and washer). He and his assistant were prompt and polite and reliable (he called when he said he would call, and arrived when he said he would), and I couldn't have asked for anything more. I will definitely use them again for any appliance repairs and wholeheartedly recommend them.

Accurate Appliance Repair did a fantastic job from start to finish. I made first contact with them on a Sunday night and quickly heard back that same evening. They requested my contact info for follow-up on Monday morning, and they actually followed up! After speaking with the office manager and telling her my problem/availability, she promptly put a rep on the case. The rep (Joe?) was at my house hours later and even had the part he suspected I would need. He installed that part within a half hour, and my fridge was back in fantastic order. He was also very friendly, and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend this company!

I got an appointment the same day I called. Technician was on time, friendly, and polite. He explained the issue and described the options for how to address the problem. He fixed it. Was quick, didn't make a mess, didn't scratch the hardwood floor when pulling the refrigerator out. I would hire them again.

Very well. When I called, the person who answered the phone offered trouble-shooting tips in case the panel could work itself out. Unfortunately, it seems it was thoroughly fried. Joe came the same day as I made the phone call, and was courteous and friendly. He ordered the part and returned promptly the next day. No problems since. I'm very happy with their service.

We called accurate appliance repair has we had a noisey of a shine machine. The supposed repair man told my wife there was nothing that could be done as the support brick was rusty and eventually it would break. It did not break but the next time we tried to use it the machine would no longer work at all! We contacted the company and they refused to come back. The machine was brand new 2 years ago, I accept the rust issues due being in the basement but I do not believe it mysteriously stopped working the minute he left.

Came on time found problem and fixed in 10 minutes. Timer knob was broken.
