"I scheduled with Stellar 2 days ago. They were the first one to respond and had the most reasonable price. They scheduled also in the most efficient manner. Mike from Stellar showed up right on time and went through 4 of my fireplaces to make sure they are in good condition. He gave good advice on what needs to be done and was honest as there wasn't much work needed. He also checked out my roof to make sure that the chimneys were in good condition. I had only booked them for 2 fireplaces but he checked all 4 of them. He didn't even charge extra as there was no work needed. This is the best experience I have had and will highly recommend Stellar for work.

Best Way Chimney installed a damper fixing our chimney a few years ago, somehow the damper was not opening properly and we were not able to use it for Holiday (perhaps because of storm or other reasons). we contacted the company 2 days before X-mass and Mr. Roger who had previously worked on our chimney came the same day and took care of the problem. "Mike was knowledgeable, honest and quickly diagnosed my unit and got it working. It was a simple fix, I just needed a new receiver and remote at a cost of $369. Even though my model is older and discontinued he came prepared with all the parts on his truck. I was very satisfied and already hired them for another job on my wood burning fireplace. Prior to them I had a bad experience with FLUETECH, who I originally hired based on their good reviews here. I had a completely different experience with them, feeling they were either grossly incompetent, or possibly dishonest (in order to sell a more expensive service at $10,000-$15,000!).
