"Hired Neli for a virtual repair of our Whirlpool washer. Tom was VERY knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We came up with a solid diagnosis of my issue and the replacement parts required. Tom advised me to consider the value of repairing, parts costs and time required, vs. a new purchase and the effort to repair was not going to be simple. We chatted about the pros/cons a lot. As the washer was 6+ years old and there were holiday sales I opted to purchase a new unit. This is the 3rd time I have worked with Neli. All instances have been very productive and positive."

Bob was great at the time he spent working on the problem that we had. He was very informative about how easy it is to pop the siding back into place. So we would not have to spend time for waiting for someone from the office. We thought that was really nice of him to do this. We did not realize how easy it was to pop them back into place. They did waterproofing for me a couple of years ago, and when they dug and re-poured the concrete around the perimeter of my basement, they left the floor with a significant and uneven slope. I didn?t notice how bad it was right away because I?ve been slowly saving up and doing small projects over time to turn the space into a playroom. Once I finally started bringing in professionals to move forward, the issues became impossible to ignore. The slope is so severe that I can?t get flooring installers to lay carpet, and shelving can?t safely sit against the wall without leaning ? which is a serious safety hazard since this room is meant for my two-year-old. I?ve called the company multiple times and was told I?d receive call-backs, but no one follows up. No real solution has been offered, and they?ve shown no willingness to fix the problem. "
