Adis came to my house to repair my refrigerator on Friday, September 19th. I can not say enough good things about him. His promptness and professionalism was top notch! I would absolutely recommend him for all your repair needs!

Adis responded by phone within 5 minutes of my call. Was able to discuss the issue in understandable terms and give a reasonable estimate. Arranged an appointment for him to evaluate my complaint within 24 hours. He was running a little late, but called to say so, and arrived moments later. His interactions were professional and his workmanship was quick. He was able to assess the problem within minutes, and had the parts necessary in his vehicle. He replaced the part, restored function to the appliance, and accepted a check for the balance due. All of this took around 35 minutes. He did quality work at a reasonable rate, and I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you.

Adis was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to fix a clogged drain with my Samsung refrigerator. Most repair men won't work on Samsung appliances, but Adis had no trouble with this brand. Highly recommended!

Adis made himself 100% available and responsive to rough texts which I value greatly as you try to schedule within an otherwise busy day- and when he arrived he already knew what was wrong with my 5yrs old Bosch drier- removed the motor cleaned it al out and reassembled it and worked right like new
