My project was small enough that Woodford required no money down, they expected no payment whatsoever until the contract has been fulfilled to my satisfaction. The project took a month to complete. The Crew Chief, Bill, ably assisted by Matt and Don, did everything possible to prevent any misunderstandings and to have a 100% satisfied customer. This they more than achieved. Watching Don at the helm of the CAT in the tightest quarters imaginable was like watching a professional sports event and a modern dance all rolled into one. The swale he made is a graceful contour that suits the setting to perfection. Don is a true artist. So is Matt. After making 2 radii on the front sidewalk, Matt went on to make 3 more on the rear sidewalk. The sidewalk is not only functional, like the swale, it too is a thing of beauty. Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that. Took away the old countertops and sinks. They know what they're doing. One of the installers was actually the owner and they were prompt and professional and cleaned up well."
