They moved their equipment several times so that we could be on time for personal commitments, they worked quietly and efficiently (except for the sounds of their equipment, we would hardly have known they were here), and when they were finished, they carefully cleaned our basement before their departure. "When the granite was initially installed, they had cut the holes the wrong size for the faucet and had to come back out the following week with a new piece of granite. However, because it was their mistake, they were able to come to the house after 5 pm so that I didn't have to miss work again for the installation. They did a beautiful job and I was happy with the finished product."
