The 2 women did an excellent job. Top to bottom of house clean including window fans, sliding glass doors and lanai. Will use them again at least once a month if not more.

Hereâ s why I selected Impeccable Cleaning Services: They have an online presence with a mixture of reviews mostly positive. The initial response time by the manager was prompt and professional. The two ladies that cleaned our house were on time and ready to work. I have a certain way I like things done and they were accommodating. The price was right. When they completed the job we were satisfied. Theyâ ll be cleaning our house every two weeks.

Excellent job

I hired this company for a move-in cleaning. I wanted to move into my new home with no extra chores. I specified the items I needed and was told they were no problem. The entire condo had brand new updating so it looks new but I still wanted it disinfected after all of the men working inside. I think the cleaners saw everything new and figured they didnt have to do anything. There was not a lot to do to begin with, the place was empty. They did not perform the tasks that I asked for and I really dont know what they did but I had to clean on my move in day, which is what I was trying to avoid. They assumed it wouldnt be obvious but I could see the construction dust in my home and had to clean myself at the same time that I was unpacking. They sent someone back for one bathroom that was never cleaned. Then when I moved in I noticed the other bathroom hadnt been cleaned either. They offered to send someone back and I said ok, even though Im already moved in. When the women arrived, I was able to communicate perfectly with one of them, her English was perfect until I questioned her about what happened the first time they were here, and what they did in my condo since no cleaning was done. Suddenly she didnt speak English anymore. If you hire them in a home you already inhabit, theyll probably do the work if you can see them but in my case, with the condo being empty, they took the opportunity to do nothing since nobody was watching. I even left them 40.00 in tip money and youd think that would encourage them to do the job but, no.....

Very happy with the 2 people that came to our home. They did an amazing job. I would highly recommend this company.

A price was quoted and I picked them based on the estimate. Then I learned that windows are extra. The time of their first visit was rescheduled. The windows were not done well. They did come back and do a more thorough job.

They didn't speak English, so they did not understand me. There were 2 people here for 3 hours and charged me $160. I called the supervisor regarding the price and she said that is final price. Little things were still not done.

Way to expensive 30% higher than usual cleaner

I thought they were a little high in price for my 740sq ft ; 2/1 apartment at $150 but the owner was very nice and I gave her the benefit of the doubt. The girl she sent to clean did a nice job for what she was dealt however lacked in the small things like cleaning the ceiling fans, behind the toilet and plugging things back in and resetting the clocks. The only major complaint I had was whatever bathroom cleaner she used completely removed the finish from the fixtures on my sink, shower head tub and drains. I waited a few days to email the owner but haven’t heard back yet on anything of this matter.
