Things that gave me confidence in Bennett were that he listened well, leaned on his network of experienced plumbers to get a second opinion on a tricky setup, was extremely fair with his pricing, and in the end his recommendation was a replacement-in-kind rather than an upgrade since it was more in line with my needs, which showed me that he put the customer first!
