He made very good suggestions on how to design the layout of the pavers and the brick edging. He also recommended a different layout in the midst of the project when we realized I had not ordered enough pavers. Keagan was always available to answer our questions and to address our concerns. He always returned my calls and texts and was very patient with us. We had no experience installing a patio and Keagan helped us address our questions and concerns. The final patio looks great and the workmanship was outstanding. He went to great lengths to make all of the pavers line up and align well. "We have used L and Z Masonry Corp. for a number of our masonry projects. Each time, we have always been extremely satisfied with their excellent work. Recently we had a tremendous amount of rain. Our gutter downspouts previously emptied out onto the concrete surface. With the heavy rains, this presented a problem of flooding and possible water seepage into the basement. Luis, the owner of the company, corrected the situation by digging underground trenches and installing pipes that directed the water away from our house and the surface. He did an excellent job and approached the task very creatively which involved cutting through a concrete slab and tunneling under a slate walkway in order to dig the trenches for the pipes that help to drain the gutters. In addition, we had Luis and his team repair a concrete walkway that was problematic. We are more than satisfied with the work that was done. The new set up for the drainage of our gutters is a tremendous improvement. L and Z is an excellent Masonry Company. Luis carefully laid out his repair plan to us. His team works methodically, consistently, and efficiently to get the job done in a timely manner in a way that minimizes any disruption to you the customer. Luis is very knowledgeable, friendly, trustworthy, polite, helpful, and always willing to please his customers. His team of workers are respectful, diligent, focused, and highly skilled.
