Best patio cover pros near Beacon, NY

"Rob Hill, owner of Stonehill Awnings and Shades is the best in the business. He is completely reliable, professional, always on time, reasonable and an all-around great awning installer. I am so lucky to have had Rob Hill install 2 awnings for me, as well as taking the fabric down in fall and re-installing the fabric in early spring. It’s always a pleasure when he arrives to get it all done! He’s fast and precise- a real Pro. I’m fortunate to have Rob Hill taking care of my awnings.of"

"They replaced 1 patio awning completely with a powered unit and replaced a 30 foot patio awning. Could not be happier with the results. They came when they said they would and did a fantastic job. I would recommend them to anyone."

"Very transparent company, understanding and keeps in touch with clients! Workers show up when they are scheduled to do so."

"It all started out well after purchase of the initial Angie's list deal.  We promptly agreed on a date and a gentlemen came to measure and start the paperwork. Install date was set for 11/5/15. On 11/4, I was called about setting an install date.  My response was I already had one for the next day. Long story short, the company did not bother to tell me they had cancelled my appointment, they just acted like I never had one.  It was as though one side of the business did not know what the other side was doing. Since I made arrangements to be home on the 5th, I was not happy.  We finally settled on the 12th and the installation went smoothly enough.  However after completion, I noticed the installers had broken a piece of moulding in front of the patio door.  I know they realized they cracked it because they used clear caulk as a fix. I called the company and they said they would replace.  As of 11/30, the moulding still has not been replaced even though I was told the installer was picking up molding on 11/17.
I will say the person who came to measure and the lady who did the follow-up calling were professional. However, I can't say the same for the install side. The contact person was nice enough but he did not contact me to say the install was cancelled and to me it's taking way too long to replace the molding the installers broke.  I view it as a lack of integrity to cover up breaking the piece and not bothering to say anything to me.  The patio door is beautiful and I had planned to purchase a front door from them but have changed my mind.

"John took care of a variety of jobs , which included putting a lock in a door to repairing water marks on the ceiling caused by freeze/ thaw own the roof above."

"he came on time each day- work was clean and professional. He cleaned up & disposed of waste. He worked hard, never stopped. It was not easy to get heavy moldy fake wood off walls& up narrow basement stairs. He took old heaters off & replaced them. he loaded everything up in his truck in the rain & took to the dump. So grateful!!!"

"I was very, very pleased with all aspects in my dealings with Patio Enclosures. From Matt my salesman to the guys who worked on my sunroom I have not one complaint. Everything was done in a timely fashion and the materials and the installers were AAA+. I had three local sunroom representatives come to my house and far in away Patio Enclosures was the best. Not only was their quote a little lower, they made the room to MY specifications, not just using the standard materials that they already had to make a room. I had one minor little problem and they were prompt in coming and fixing what was wrong. A wonderful experience and a WONDERFUL ROOM"

"I was referred to him by a friend, William was a fast responder who organized my closet exactly how I wanted. Very professional and efficient! I will definitely use him for other projects around the house."
