"He was prompt and worked very officially. Clean and conscientious about the work he did, he was very determined and helpful. He was good at improvising and innovating methods to solve certain problems. He did more than just the electrical work, put in a fixture, fixed a very sentimental very old antique lamp. He helped with an exterior light fixture and did other helpful tasks."

"Freddy was fantastic. He solved a difficult issue with our current electrical wiring and installed a fan for us. Both issues were quite tricky. I would highly recommend him for any electrical project you might have."

"Excellent work. Good communication, timely, friendly. We are very happy with Santella Electric."

"Joe took care of my AC repair very quickly and efficiently. He was very professional and explained what he was doing and why. I would definitely hire Joe again and have hime penciled in to my yearly AC service next year."

"Mr. Donohue is very knowledgeable and has excellent experience in the lightning protection area. He responds quickly and has a very professional team of workers. He quoted the job using google earth information. When he visited the site he reduced his price by over 50%. I highly recommend him and I will use his company again."

"Used this company previously and again it was a pleasure from beginning to end. I would give him 10 Stars if I could. Referred William to a close friend of mine and she was just as pleased. We both sleep better during our bad Florida thunderstorms. A friend of mine lost their home due to lightning. They got out just in time couldn’t save anything but their lives barely. I urge all to install lightning rods."

"Good, except he didn’t have the parts to recharge or replace the battery. Other than that he knew what he was doing and got it running again but only with the pull cord, not the battery. Overall, I'm very happy for what he did."

"Was easy to make the appointment. He quickly identified what was likely the problem, which was more an adjustment than part replacement, and quickly fixed it. He checked other possible things that could have caused the problem and determined all seemed ok. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about all types of appliances, and clearly was not inclined to replace things that were fine, as others might do. The price was less than I know some others would have charged for a service call and minimum repair time. Would definitely use again."

"The problem turned out to be a burned out small electric door switch. I believe the price was way too expensive for the service performed and the price of the door switch. What more can I say? It got done."

"The best! He knows everything about electric."
