I called today to let him know that no one seemingly came to our building as scheduled last week as all our traps hadn't been changed and the person waiting at home for service was never contacted. What I received was a barrage of insults and profanity including calling someone a "dumb c**t b*tch" and telling me he would beat me up. Don't give your business to this company. It just isn't worth it. There are other companies whose service is just as good and won't insult you when you have questions."
