Excellent.  We had mice in our apartment and tried to get rid of them ourselves, without success.  Standard Pest had been a client of mine and I knew that the company was family-run, had been in business a long time, and the guys running the company seemed like really good people.
A technician came out to our building, inspected the whole building and pointed out some areas of potential problems within individual apartments and what we could do in order to fix them.  He plugged all possible points of entry with steel wool and set some traps in my own apartment.  During the time he was here, I asked the tech all kinds of questions about the business.  Since they were a client, I was genuinely curious about the company and how it was managed.
I was very impressed  -  the tech loved the company a lot and said it was the only pest control company he'd ever worked for that really took of their employees, always kept their training and certifications up-to-date with required classes and knowledgable of the most current technology and methods.  
Bottom line - I was very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to call them again.  I actually don't remember the price - it was several months ago, but it was not expensive.

The receptionist was very nice and transferred me to the office manager Joe, who was also very nice and professional. I was told the normal price for an extermination is $160, but after explaining the extent of the infestation (two nests, one in the front wall of our house under the siding, and one in the wall of the garage in our back yard) he quoted me $206, which I sill thought reasonable. He gave me a two hour window for the service man to come on the date we picked.
Jimmy the service man was a pleasure to deal with, he was nice, courteous and professional. He even called me the day of and asked if he could come early which was nice. After assessing the situation Jimmy decided to come back at 7:00 in the evening when all of the wasps would be returned to the nest and they wouldn't be active. He came back on time and sprayed Wasp Freeze around and in the holes leading to the nests, and then squirted a white powder in through the holes. The wasps groom each other and get the powder all over them and die. It was effective immediately and the next day there were no more wasps. Jimmy called me two days after the treatment to follow up and see if there was any wasp activity, of which there was none.
I would highly recommend this company for outdoor extermination.

I'm very happy with their service. They go above and beyond and the exterminators are phenomenal, careful, and courteous.

Standard Pest was very efficient and they did what I wanted. The job turned out good, I did not need to call them back.

I was given an appointment exactly when I requested it, and I have not had a roach problem in the 8 months since the work was done. Exterminator was cheerful, friendly, thorough, and seemed to love his work. Cost seemed reasonable given the work done and the effectiveness of the job.

WE HAD SEVERAL DIFFERENT TYPES OF PESTS IN OUR BASEMENT AND GARAGE. THEY CAME IN AND SPRAYED, AND FOR NOW IT SEEMS TO HAVE TAKEN CARE OF THE PROBLEM. WE WILL BE CALLING THEM OUT AGAIN IN ABOUT SIX MONTHS TO SPRAY AGAIN.
