It went very well for me.  I liked that they were prompt. They explained everything.  They were pretty accurate in how we had to handle it.

I was really impressed. He came the first visit, set up the trap, and then by the second visit, he found it. He came back and set another trap in case another squirrel was in there as well. We never found another one, but we liked him a lot and were very pleased with the service!

They were fantastic; they were very friendly, personable, and did the job well.  They even came back a number of times to make sure the job was done.  Their price was extremely reasonable too.

He was very knowledgeable and let me know that the bees would go away on their own. He did not charge me.

The problem has been taken care of but I can’t say how much of it was due to the pesticide and how much of it was due to the fact that my wife vacuumed the house literally a hundred times. The guy was extremely reliable and they were super-smooth customer relations. Everything was fine. They charged what they said they were going to charge and did what they said they were going to do. The only thing my wife was a little frustrated about was that she felt like he ran out of ideas about what to do about the fleas when they were still around and he had done two full treatments. We didn’t do any comparisons but we would rate them high on price because it was a good deal. We didn’t spend a lot. They charged around $350. His responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism were very good. We would use them again in the future if necessary.

He is professionally knowledgeable and very timely.  He is completely trustworthy.  I had different providers earlier; they were very expensive and didn't get the job done.  This guy came in, didn't diddle around and got the job done.  I haven't had any problems since then.  A lot of guys don't do animal removal because you'll have to get an animal guy who is a specialist.  He is very professional.  I think he is competitively priced.  I have an annual contract with them and they come out quarterly.  It's all under one fixed price.  The other guys who came out were of national company and they were not effective at all.

It went well. In addition, to removing the nest they did quarterly visits to check the property. They did not spray in the living spaces, only in the basement. We have small children and they were very sensitive to protecting the kids from the chemicals. Actually, ditto about our cat. Because I deal with kids with food allergies I spoke with them about baiting their traps with something other than peanut butter, explaining that families with a peanut allergy could be VERY uncomfortable with peanut butter. I showed them a sunflower-based substitute. They were very open to using it and were happy that I suggested it.
