Great! Junior Santana replaced all glue traps, bait traps, cleaned up old mouse droppings and also checked outside of house for any openings that would allow rodents to enter house. He found 3 and sealed them up. Very thorough and took his time to make sure everything was in order.

We have an annual contract with them, and we've had it for the past 10 years at least. Before they treated our house, I heard the screams from my wife all the time because of crickets. Now, it's extremely rare that we get one. But anytime we notice anything, we call them and they schedule a tech immediately. In this case, we had a mouse, and the evidence showed that we have more than this one mouse. Their tech, Junior Santana, showed me how the mice may have been getting in, which I will address immediately. Junior is as good as they get. He was extremely polite, despite him being a Cowboys fan and me being a Giants fan!

They come once a month.   We pay by the year.   They can come four times a month and it's still the same price.  They're very good and we've had them for years.  They would come as often as we need them.  At this point, they do maintenance.  We live in a wooded area, but if we saw a problem they would come until the problem was resolved. 

The technician checks in and around the whole property for anything unusual. they are stellar with responding to any further problems i see between visits. The technicians are professional, courteous, and take the time to listen. Rich and Junior are quite knowledgeable about their work. Would not recommend anyone else.

I found Abarb through Angie's List and was not disappointed. I spoke with Fran at the office and she took the time to discuss my problem and describe the services Abarb could offer. We scheduled an appointment for an evaluation and service would be discussed at that time. I was very pleased with the professionalism and knowledge of the people with whom I spoke. The technician called ahead, arrived on time, and was very knowledgeable and personable. He confirmed the bees as the problem and explained how he would address it. He also explained that the service was good for 90 days for any flying/stinging insects and that the cost could be applied to a quarterly program for all pests, if I chose to pursue that. The process was quick and seems to be working effectively.

very well--after about 2 weeks, we are still finding dead ants which verifies that treatment is working. We have also seen dead ants at areas other than the initial area that we were aware of. Our technician, Junior, was very thorough & courteous. We are very happy with this service.

It went Very well. The technician Mr. Santana was extremely professional and listened to my concerns and addressed all of the areas we discussed. As well he went above those expectations and put in additional measures to ensure the integrity of his work. I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice he was as well as professional. I hope to have him as our regular quarterly inspector.
