While I have had no issues with the exterminator that actually comes to our building, the owner of this company is just a terrible person. I called today to let him know that no one seemingly came to our building as scheduled last week as all our traps hadn't been changed and the person waiting at home for service was never contacted. What I received was a barrage of insults and profanity including calling someone a "dumb c**t b*tch" and telling me he would beat me up. Don't give your business to this company. It just isn't worth it. There are other companies whose service is just as good and won't insult you when you have questions.

I was given choices for appointment and person on phone was courteous to change the timings to suit my work schedule. The exterminator arrived on time, called to confirm timing and spent time to take care of the problem. I didnt not feel like I was billed for 5 minutes of service. Its been a week and I am already feeling better with the treatment.
