We started this project 3 years ago and waited for someone to actually keep their promise of showing up to do the job. In total, we had spoken to 8 Tree Service Companies, but they kept ghosting us, and we determined they just didn’t want the job. Finally we found ER Tree Services. Edwin was great at communicating with us, agreed to remove our tree within 2 weeks and kept his word. His team showed up on time, went right to work and masterfully took down this huge tree. I was just looking for some edging and mulching and he went above and beyond and trimmed my bushes, took care of some shrubs that were dying and cleaned them up to give them a better chance of recovering and had some left over mulch so he did a small strip I had infront of my fence at no extra charge.
