"Nick was prompt with calling and scheduling tree service. The first time he came by to trim trees, he forgot his ladder, so the top 1/4 of the trees were not trimmed. I contacted him, and he explained the situation and came back the next day to finish the job. However, the very tops of the trees are still not trimmed. So they are shaped all the way up to the very top where there is a spring, rather than the top being trimmed off. I think I would go with a tree specialist next time."
