I sent G & G a request late at night; they answered within a couple hours and came over shortly the next day. They took care of the beam with no problem and even removed it for us. They were extremely reasonably priced, friendly, and communicative. While they were still at our property we asked them to take down three arborvitae as well, which they did within 1.5 hours and completely cleaned the area afterward. "Nick was prompt with calling and scheduling tree service. The first time he came by to trim trees, he forgot his ladder, so the top 1/4 of the trees were not trimmed. I contacted him, and he explained the situation and came back the next day to finish the job. However, the very tops of the trees are still not trimmed. So they are shaped all the way up to the very top where there is a spring, rather than the top being trimmed off. I think I would go with a tree specialist next time."
