He climbed up into our attic spaces and told us exactly what we needed to do fix our problems. He was very knowledgeable and presented a plan that would eliminate and prevent a reoccurrence of the issue. We hired them. When it was time to do the work, he sent a crew of 2 gentleman (Nick and AJ). These guys were fantastic. They were polite, punctual and went right to work on solving the problems.
