"I met with the owner and he was very personable and straightforward. I have been dealing with a leak in my kitchen and unfortunately fell victim to shotty roofers fixing the shingles and not the bricks. The bricks needed to be repaired. Finally after 3 crappy roof jobs . I called . They capped my roof and did a wonderful job . No leak now after 3 long years . I did call around for pricing and Finos was very reasonable."

Tony, the owner, came out to do the estimate himself, and his professionalism and thoroughness in describing the work to be done (backyard drainage), and the benefits of using his company, ultimately won me over. "Neverwet truly stands by their lifetime transferable warranty! I purchased my home last summer. The previous owners had installed the Neverwet basement system. This winter I experienced drainage issues in my front yard. I called Neverwet and spoke with Michele who was very pleasant and understanding. Kevin, one of the owners promptly came over to evaluate the situation. He determined the drain line from the sump pump needed to be extended and connected to the storm sewer. Kevin obtained the necessary permits from the Village and his crew (Jordan and Stirlling perform the work at no additional cost.
