"My consultation with Stellar was scheduled within a day, met with Patrick on 5/1/25. Time was taken to understand the process, everything that is involved and what my options were. Time was taken to listen to what we wanted/didn’t want and thorough explanation given of the entire process. On 5/2/25 Stellar contracting called to review details and confirm our choices. On 5/5/25 Stellar scheduling called and full installation scheduled for 5/9/25, completed 1 day! The crew and project manager, Cisco, were fabulous to deal with on the install day and even after. A link was provided where we could see pictures of the whole project as it happened. Cisco was readily available on install day and even after with questions and concerns. It was obvious that Cisco did care about the roof we were getting and took pride in the quality of the job that was done. The crew paid good attention to the clean up, there was a lot of debris all over the place. Looking forward to future business with them!"

"The positive: Graves Brothers will provide a quote for PARTIAL Siding projects where most companies won't talk to you unless you need a FULL Siding project. The installation team was quick and did a nice job. The Cons: Deceptive Sales. Your Typical Residential Home Services contactor. I had a complete east side siding replacement quoted. There is a 24" "Jog wall" between the exterior garage wall and the living quarters wall. Their quote included photos that show this wall in one of the views. A second photo shows the entire length of the wall outlined that includes this jog wall, but they did not replace the siding on this wall. A conversation BEFORE the project work started questioned if I intended on having the wall replaced and it was agreed that it should have been part of the proposal. The installers DID NOT replace the siding on this wall. I asked for a simple $500 credit and was willing to settle for a $350 credit which was more than fair. The Salesman insisted that seeing the wall was not assigned a "wall number" therefore it was not included in their proposal. Graves Brothers displayed ZERO interest in coming to a mutual agreement on the discrepancy. Update 7/19/2024: After continued conversations, the Sales Rep finally conceded that after speaking with his installers, that the work WAS included in the initial estimate and should have been completed. I gave Graves Brothers the option of discounting the price or returning to finish the work. They chose to finish the work which is scheduled this week. IMO, Speaking to his installation team should have been done PRIOR to him taking a flat stance with me that they were right and I was wrong. Give Graves Brothers Home Improvements a 3-Star rating for (finally) doing what was right. The installation was done well and the installers were professional, courteous and cleaned up well. Just make sure you document all conversations and get them in writing up front."

"We received quotes for a full tear off and replacement of asphalt shingles due to leaking of our old roof. Matt personally came to our home and went over what quality materials he uses and the quote for services was great. We hired Tall Pines Roofing and the whole project was completed in one day. The crew was very professional, worked very hard and even took great care to protect all the landscaping around our home. "Buffalo’s Best Roofing review by Mary Corio On Monday, October 20th, 2025 – I was abruptly awoken to the pinging of water drops bouncing off the pots and pans in my living room. They were there for issues I had been having when it rained, and on this particular morning, I hadn’t seen it was raining – but I heard! I thought someone was breaking in, but it was the **** roof again!! Raining in my living room – not good! I was crying as much as it was dripping! I was getting more and more frustrated, had many people coming to help and give me prices, but as the old saying goes: “Action speaks louder than words”, and they just never really followed through or showed up. I was desperate. It just so happened, by some random stroke of luck, I had scheduled an appointment that very morning with Joe White, salesman for Buffalo’s Best. I was simply curious about them. Joe came in to see exactly what and where my issue was and knew it needed to be fixed sooner than later. Everyone told me to get more estimates on the job, but I felt Joe’s price was fair for what I needed and the reviews I read were encouraging. Joe gave me hope and I trusted him, and so I said “Let’s please just Git-R-Done” …. On Monday, October 27th, an amazing ‘team’ showed up, under the supervision of Domenic D’Angelo, and worked diligently from 8 AM to 5:30 PM. I needed a complete roof tear off and reinstallation. I was certain there was no way it could be done so quickly, but it was almost like magic! By dinner time, I had a beautiful new roof, everything was cleaned up and put back nicely, and to anyone who wasn’t around on my street that day – they would never have known so much activity had taken place here. I was and still am in awe! The peace of mind alone is priceless. I cannot put a price tag on the feeling of security, after decades upon decades, that my roof is intact and leaks are a thing of the past, at least for the duration of my lifetime. I have a warranty transferable when I sell my house, and the assurance that if there are any problems whatsoever, Buffalo’s Best Roofing will come to my aid and assistance immediately. It’s not like doing business with a business, it’s like making a new friend who I can trust and build a lasting relationship with. It all started with a new roof! I’m so appreciative to Buffalo’s Best Roofing that I’m definitely going to get prices for new windows and doors come spring. Why not? Any company that treats their customers with such dignity and respect – from the office staff to the field laborers – has my repeated business.
