"This is not your routine paving company review. This is more so a story of a human being showing empathy for another. But if you donâ t have time to read this all, just know that Precision Roads is not only full of people who will provide you with a skillful and high quality driveway or parking lot but more importantly, it is comprised of people who are kind human beings. Our driveway was a hot mess thanks to a scam paving company. We were in desperate need of a reliable paver and Precision came highly recommended by multiple people. The owner, Harry, responded to my call right away and came out himself to asses the situation within days. We then had the pleasure of having, Richard, the lead estimator come out and meet with us as well. We came up with a plan and they got their crew out to our house the following week. This crew is a well oiled machine! There was about 10 guys working, including Harry, the owner. It reminded me of a choreographed dance they way each person knew what to do and when. They were able to do our driveway and our neighbor across the street from start to finish within a day and a half. Every person we encountered was pleasant, respectful and seemed to enjoy their job. My kids are obsessed with Blippi these days so they loved seeing the big machines working. The crew were patient and friendly to answer my little ones questions. We are still in awe of how amazing our driveway looks and how much it really elevated the look of our property. We are customers for life!"

"I found Eco Quality Landscaping through Angie's List. This was my first interaction with Angie's List and I signed up specifically to research hardscape contractors for my retaining wall.

Andrew responded very quickly to my initial inquiry. We discussed the project via email and I sent Andrew some photos, and then Andrew came to my home to discuss final design details. I knew pretty much what I wanted but Andrew provided some design suggestions that I thought were perfect.

Andrew's final estimate arrived quickly, including an additional option that I had asked about. At my request, he also provided me with addresses of some similar projects he had done so I could see his work in person. I obtained two or three estimates from other contractors and then decided to proceed with Eco Quality. Andrew's price was fair, although not the lowest, but the manner in which he represented his business, his responsiveness, and the quality of the work I saw in person influenced my decision.

From that point forward, the project went very smoothly. Communication from Andrew was excellent and he was clear in communicating his schedule. Andrew was also helpful in assisting us with color selection for our hardscape materials. Andrew and his crew arrived on the exact date he estimated, and Andrew kept in touch with us as the date arrived. Once here, the Eco Quality crew worked quickly and efficiently, and Andrew made sure to explain the work and/or ask questions along the way.

Because the work was completed late in the season, Andrew gave us the option of waiting until Spring for them to do the re-seeding where it was needed. We did decide to wait, and Andrew arrived promptly in the spring. The new grass has since come in and the whole project looks fantastic. We've received many positive remarks from neighbors and friends.

All in all, we are very pleased with the outcome of the project and the professionalism and quality of the work performed by Eco Quality Landscaping. Like many of us here, I've used a variety of contractors and home repair/service specialists in many years of being a homeowner, and I have to say that Andrew was one of the most professional, prompt, and courteous contractors I've encountered. It's clear that he takes great pride in the work his company does, and takes a personal interest in ensuring that his customers are satisfied. I recommend Eco Quality Landscaping without hesitation, and I will use them again should I have a need."
