"I contacted Mike today about a suspected virus on my laptop computer. Mike immediately went to work. Mike did an excellent job scanning my computer remotely and found several minor issues, but then found a trojan virus. Mike was very professional and walked me through his process of getting my laptop working as it should. My internet connection is extremely slow. However, Mike kindly worked on my computer until the work was completed. He was very patient and never complained about the extra time it took due to my slow internet. Mike also was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. He offered assistance on how to handle backups by using external hard drives since uploading pictures and files to the Cloud doesn't work well with a slow internet service in a rural area. I am very grateful for Mike's assistance and expertise. I certainly will use his service again, and I highly recommend Mike for your computer needs."

"Boris is one of those consummate professionals that you may be lucky enough to meet from time to time. His pricing for the services performed were quite fair. I had my laptop back in a couple of days and it is performing better than I had expected. I'm going to bring another laptop to him for upgrading as soon as my schedule allows."

"Chris walked me through the computer repair, since I am not good with technology that was fantastic."

"Steve from the computer repair company did a perfect job solve the problem very fast and started up my computer with no problem whatsoever I will recommend this company to everybody that I know especially people that have no computer knowledge LOL. This company is fantastic they charge a fair price and they got the job done I didn't expect it to go that easy. My compliments to Steve he's fantastic"

"At last - someone who will come to my home and work with me to resolve computer issues. Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and engaging. I am well pleased, grateful, and ready to recommend Hill Town Tech to everyone."

"Very professional, will use again for any computer problem or sound malfunctions"

"Seeing every desktop icon suddenly blinking was pretty alarming, especially since there was no obvious reason for it. I reached out to MicroSec because I was worried something bigger was going wrong with the computer. They took a look remotely, found the problem, and got the desktop behaving normally again. What stood out was how thorough they were instead of just applying a quick fix and moving on. Very reassuring experience, and the computer has been working great since."
