"We were doing 5 driveways on Glendale ave in Albany. The street has zero parking and it’s very tight. We have a lot of equipment and no room to work. We asked the neighbors if they could move their vehicles for us. Most neighbors were very cooperative except one. They said they were angry with the people we were doing the job for because they didn’t give them notice we were coming. They took their frustrations out on us. They refused to move their vehicle and wouldn’t let us park anything in the street in front of their house. An argument did occur but it’s a complete fabrication on her part that one of my employees told them to get a job. That didn’t happen. To show u what type of person she is she wrote a review before this one saying we were using racial slurs. She is embellishing just to make us look bad. The one neighbor confronted her and told her their was no racial slurs used so she took the first one down and wrote this review. After the argument happened I sent two of my employees home for the day and we finished without them. We had to come back a week later to put the top course on all the driveways. Their were no issues that day with my crew or the family that wouldn’t originally move their cars. This other neighbor did see one of my employees going to the bathroom outside in the trees. With the virus going around people don’t want us in their house so I don’t mind right now if someone finds a tree to do their business. Unfortunately she saw him going to the bathroom and didn’t like it. She came over to talk to me. The first thing I said was I’m sorry. She kept lecturing me about it so I said I’m sorry again but theirs nothing I can do about it now... she said my apology wasn’t good enough and that’s when I said I just want to finish these jobs and get off this street. In my 20 years of doing this I’ve never had a street be more uncooperative to try and help us out. It was 93 degrees out that day and everybody was working very hard for the homeowners to make sure their jobs came out right."
