Excellent job-easy to do business with,quick response and quality work. The paving was done conveniently for my schedule and all workers were polite, efficient and left the project area clean. I would recommend them highly.

Earl and his team did an excellent job installing my asphalt driveway and walkway and I love the job. HOWEVER, I called him multiple times to seal the driveway and walkway after the winter months of 2019-2020 ended. At the time of the paving Earl agreed to come back and seal it but it had to completely cure so Spring 2020 was the earliest. Earl and I spoke multiple times and because of COVID-19 he was not able to complete any jobs so I had to wait longer than I wanted but he did agree once he started up he'd be over to seal my driveway. He also informed me he was paving a driveway on my road and he'll seal my driveway on the same day. I stopped over at the worksite and Earl confirmed he will seal my driveway on the 20th of June, 2020. I tried for ten days to get a confirmation from him via text and phone call. EARL never called me back and he didn't show up. READ the reviews where customers could not reach Earl or Earl never returned a phone call. Earl is a very nice man and I'm glad he paved my driveway and walkway but because of his follow up and blatant lies about sealing my driveway and giving me a date and time and then he doesn't show up, I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. Read the reviews. Just be warned Earl does really nice work but he doesn't keep his business word when he says he'll be back. I know it wasn't the same paying cost as paving a driveway (sealing) but one of my messages I left was, "I know you're busy and if you can't seal my driveway, just let me know so I can hire someone else to do the job" and guess what, Earl never called or texted me with a message that he wasn't going to seal it. Since then I've hired a great company to seal my driveway and walkway. I'm very happy. I didn't want to leave such a review but Earl deserves to know you can't tell a customer you'll complete a job or come back and take care of the job if you're not going to do it. Saying no or nothing is much better than telling a lie, and Earl, you know you lied to me. After all, you made the appointment more than once to seal my driveway and then never showed up nor called to tell me you wouldn't be there. Bad for business. And I don't expect you to write a comment back about any misunderstandings or confusion or mistakes I have said. You know I'm being truthful so don't try to shame this review as you have done with others. This review is not on the initial work, that was excellent, but on the sealing of my driveway that never happened.

The driveway at our rental property has always been an eyesore and we were finally able to get it replaced, thanks to EarlyBird Paving!! They did a complete tear out and new driveway in one day! Earl was very responsive and worked with our schedule. They were there right when they said they would be and kept us updated on their progress. We couldn?t be happier with the end product and service.

Earl replaced the portion of the driveway that had been ripped up to fix a waterline break. He completed the job on time at a decent price and it looks great.

Earl Nicholson did a wonderful job in squaring off the driveway, leveling the ground, putting down heavy plastic and covering with crushed stone. They used a heavy roller over the whole driveway and it looks great. We're very pleased with the way everything was done and the professional manner in which it was done. We would certainly hire them again.

They were prompt, punctual and extremely courteous ! They installed quality blacktop over an existing solidly constructed driveway. I also got our driveway widened by a few inches - at the narrow portion of the driveway. Earl did not put down crushed stone under the additional portion of the driveway - as promised. That portion will probably sink after some driving ?

I had my driveway paved 7/2018. Initially I was very pleased with the work. After a few weeks a pothole developed. I called Earl to come take care of it and after several calls and several months he said he would. It is still not fixed and he has not returned any of my calls. This is over a year later.

Earl and his crew hit all of the benchmarks: reasonably priced, high quality end-product and most of all they were able to fit us in their schedule and get the job done right away. Our job was not a particularly big job and we feared that the job may take some time to complete. But that was not the case w/ EarlyBird, they found time to fit us in their schedule. We have an older driveway that had been falling into disrepair, with some significant sudden damage occurring after a recent large rainfall. We contacted Earl and he was able to stop by, give us a fair quote, and then had his crew there to fix our driveway the next day. They did wonderful work, and our new driveway looks absolutely fantastic. I would happily recommend Earlybird to anyone looking for paving services done right and at a fair price.

Earl did a great job at a very reasonable price. He even did some work that was not included in the original estimate at no extra cost. Would highly recommend Earl and Earlybird Paving.

The contractor did not disclose to me, prior to my hiring him, that he would not be paving my entire driveway. Had he disclosed to me that he would be paving only a portion of my driveway, I would not have hired him. I had to hire another contractor to finish the job. Before hiring this contractor, make sure you ask him if he is going to pave your entire project, not just a portion of your project. He did not respond to my follow up call.

Adam and Earl were very accomadable when it came to expanding my driveway. They did an excellent job and completed everything perfectly as I wanted. They were very easy to contact and stay in touch with leading up to the project. Overall they were extremely professional and I would recommend them to anyone.

Earl is a Hard Worker !! We set the whole thing up via Texting and he is quick to respond. He was recommended to me and his price was fair. As I watched them put an Overlay on my driveway, he was doing most of the work while the crew backed him up and kept the project going. They cleaned up the area after and no mess was left behind. Very pleasant and professional to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I have standing water in my driveway after only 2 weeks, I was promised no standing water. Husband does not find this to be a problem. I had it paved so I did not have to walk in standing water.

I am very pleased with the work that Earl Nicholson and his crew did resurfacing my driveway and sidewalk. Earl is a very professional business man who responded to phone calls and questions immediately or within an hour, he actually measured my driveway, explained the work he was going do, gave me a quote/estimate immediately. The price was great and he was able to schedule a date to resurface within a week of our meeting. My father who is 97 years old watched the crew work and liked he what he saw and felt that they were doing it correctly. I would definitely recommend Earl to friends and family. I'll be calling on him for future paving jobs.

Earl is very responsive and easy to communicate with. He and his crew arrived on time and project was completed even better than agreed upon. He had to reschedule due to poor weather, but he always called and worked with me to reschedule at time convenient to me. Work is top notch and an excellent value. I have received many compliments.
