Working with LaFond paving was an excellent experience, and you will not regret working with them. Dean in particular was knowledgeable, courteous, and flexible (in terms of scheduling). It's refreshing to see people conduct business in the manner that LaFond does - they'll be open and honest upfront, regardless of if you'll choose to work with them or not. I was going to give them my business regardless (just in appreciation of their honesty and thoroughness in our upfront discussions), but it certainly was an added bonus that they also came back with the most affordable quote (out of three different ones). They also threw in some additional work to rip up our sidewalk for no additional charge. The end product looks terrific, and when I handed Dean the check a few days later (no money upfront, they want to make sure you're satisfied with the product before you pay), he made sure to talk with me through ways to make the driveway last as long as possible without cracking/chipping, and a plan for sealcoating (even though that's not what LaFond does). It shows that they genuinely care about their customer satisfaction. When I tried to give him a tip (which I'd recommend people at least make the effort to do) he refused and said "I'm happy as long as your happy with the product, that's all I want." I figured the LEAST I could do in appreciation is write this Google review. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.
