"The price was $2,575 lower than the same work estimate from another company. The work actually took two days. They covered the tubing outside the house with a grey covering to match my siding so it would blend in the way I requested. They listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. They gave me two options on where I wanted to choose to place the outside unit. I am very happy with the quietness of the units compared to my old window a/c's. The units are very powerful and can be adjusted any way you like. Since they're wall mounted they are space savers. Plus, they can heat too. I am happy with the work done and wish I had done it years ago. The two men installing were very professional and courteous. I will be using them again for other work, such as insulation, etc."

My furnace broke on Thursday night, so I called for a quote on Friday afternoon, thinking that I might be able to have them take a look sometime on the weekend. They initially scheduled me for Saturday afternoon, but I got a call later saying that they were in the area and could swing by that same day (Friday). Chris, the owner, and Austin came by, took a look, and got me a quote for a repair, a basic replacement, and a deluxe replacement.
