I have a general contracting license for residential and light commercial work The license is currently on the inactive list so Im working on an hourly basis and I have one helper. Billing depends on the size and length of the project.Usualy their is a percentage upfront with the balance payed on completion.I am not currently offering a promotion or financing options.
