"I could not be happier with the workmanship and customer service. Jose was able to repair a lot of stucco damage to my home prior to painting and also replaced the siding on three columns on my home. Everything looks brand new. He is extremely professional and courteous. I would definitely use their service again and highly recommend them!"

"I had the distinct pleasure of working with Adriano’s Carpentry Service for over 4 years for different projects. He has done carpentry projects, odd jobs around the house, as well as remodeling my kitchen. He is responsible, punctual and thorough. It is nice to see someone that takes pride in their work and pleasant to work with. I could not have been more pleased with Adriano's skills and work ethic. I would without a doubt refer him, and would say his work is done to the highest standards."

Carpentry questions, answered by experts

You should avoid drilling or cutting into load-bearing beams because removing material will weaken it and increase the risk of structural damage or even collapse. If you do need to drill into a load-bearing beam, speak with a structural engineer first to discuss where it’s safest to drill and the width and depth of the bit that’s safe to use.

Professionals ensure precise alignment and durability, critical for structural integrity.

Bump-out additions can extend anywhere from 2 to 15 feet from an existing room. The right size will depend on how you plan to use the new space. For a cantilever bump-out, which doesn't require additional foundation support, the limit is typically 24 inches (2 feet). If a footing and foundation are part of the project, a bump-out can be much larger, even encompassing a whole room. It's also important to remember that many residential properties have limits on the total house size relative to the lot size.

Building a barndominium means converting a barn into a house. Barndominiums are becoming popular as spacious and stylish alternatives to typical housing structures. Old barns that become houses traditionally consist of wooden construction. However, newer structures, such as pole barns, often contain metal exteriors and roofs. Converting a metal outbuilding into a house presents an excellent opportunity to create a barndominium from metal.

Building involves setting foundation posts, framing with durable wood, adding roofing support, and protecting from elements with water-resistant finishes.
