Tony and his helper did a fantastic job. They were very efficient and very nice and always let me know what they had done and asked me to inspect it all through the work that they did. They put everything back in its place that they had to remove and cleaned up the wood and haled it away. They were very polite workers. I made sure to take several cards to pass out to my neighbors letting them know to be sure to call them for fence work in the future if they needed someone reliable like Tony.

My gate was repaired within one day of the estimate. The work was done very well and I am pleased with the results.

They were polite and were right on time I would definitely hire them again.

Tony and his elves were very polite. They kept the job site clean. They permitted me to save the left over items. I am deaf and for all conversations, Tony and Forrest wrote down what they wanted me to know. They had patience and listened to me. JAMYTA is an excellent company to do business with. Fence

I made a lapse in judgement by paying a 50% deposit without receiving a proposal or work order of any kind. Jose, or "Tony", has repeatedly refused to address and resolve this situation. The deposit was small enough that I would rather lose it altogether than "throw good money after bad". I wish to post my horrible experience with JAMYTA Home Improvement as a warning to potential future clients.

They emailed me I called met with the owner the next day accepted the estimate they were out the next day and finished the job the after. 5 stars will use again

This is an update to our Review of Jamyta Home Improvements from last year (2022). Our interactions with Tony/Jose has been a Jeckyll/Hyde experience where we first gave him 5 stars for the first job and he totally screwed up the second job. When we complained online, he â Attackedâ us and made us seem like Bad people (called us Liars, Racists, Low Educated, etc). We went to FairClaims.com (online legal Arbitration) rather than to court (recommended and paid by Home Advisor). We Prevailed. We got ALL our money back (all within 2 weeks, Feb 2023). It was Unfortunate because we thought Very Highly of Jose after the first job (5 stars). If you have a good case and some documentation, FairClaims was Fair, objective, and neutralâ ¦ seeking facts. We want everyone to know Jamyta Home Improvements has a dark side and you should take care to have documentation of his work. We didnâ t have a contract for the second job (verbal agreement), so he claimed he didnâ t do the jobâ ¦ but we had enuf evidence to prove he did the work (verbal contract â ¦ this is legal in most states) and WON the Case. We shall see if he attacks us again.

Good at calling and keeping appointments. Jose knowledgeable and friendly. Will use again in the near future.

They submitted a bid quickly, came when they said they would, did a great job, and cleaned up afterward. I would recommend them to anyone. They installed a gate in my fence, painted the fence and sanded and painted my deck.

Great company to work with. On time, and done when they said they would be.

Jose always showed up on time. I expected this to take a shorter time but I have a large deck. Jose repaired a weak post, railing corner, a couple of damaged deck board. He sanded and preped the surface and paint the deck. He was very careful with his work, my property and was clean and efficient in completing this job. Jose was an excellent worker!! Thanks, Jose!

They were very friendly and nice but quality trailed off in the end . Did not caulk and had to cleanup a lot of paint spots.

If you need drywall tape and texture to match existing this is not your guy. Have spent hours redoing tape mud work and knocking down heavy texture to Match existing as best possible. Also had to retexture areas that were missed and blending in. Bull nose wade completely terrible mud and texture job. Had to remud Sand Blend and retexture all bull nose.

Jose was prompt and communicated. He completed the work in a thorough fashion. He sanded the old paint off instead of painting over it so the job was done right. Thanks Jose!

Jose is a special guy! Always on time and an incredibly hard worker who does excellent work. He even made an appointment to come a week after the job is done, in order to see whether we had any comments or issues. Highly recommended!!

Jose was a gentlemen & very personable to work with. Was very conscious of adhering to all the COVID-19 restrictions which kept us at ease. He was always punctual & gave great attention to detail to protect our house & plants from the deck stain. We were extremely pleased with the results of Jose staining our deck. Arrived on time for estimates & set up return appointment. Needed to finish job on return visit. Came with floor covers, vacuum, nail gun, etc. Neat & careful; would use again for drywall repair.
