I am very nice pleased to report that not only was Jacob able to remove the graffiti, but our vinyl logo, graphics and underlying paint was preserved. Jacob was communicative through the entire process and sent us photos after it was clean to show us his work. They organized everything wonderfully and deep cleaned so much the whole place sparkles. They were all (i had to have a crew of 4!) extremely polite and courteous and professional. My special needs son was home with me while they worked and he didn't get upset or overwhelmed once and they were very kind to him. Everything found a spot and they cleaned up about 2 years of hoarding mess plus a really gross kitchen and bedroom in two days. I will hire them every time from now on! Best money I've ever spent."
