They ordered the wrong size tub so they did not get an early start as they had to go purchase another one, but they did stay until 8 pm to finish it. Then my bill was incorrect. They did do a good job but I would have preferred more communication

The job was scheduled and completed quickly. We needed a faucet replaced, might have done it ourselves but the space to work in was tight and did not want to risk it. The repair rep was thorough, tested everything twice to assure no leaks or compromises to the system. Worked with the faucet to modify position to assure best end use. Cleaned everything before leaving. Would not hesitate to use this company again. It is so nice to feel confident that the job was done correctly. While price seemed a bit high, it assured quality!

I got two bids for putting in our tankless hot water heater and they lowered their price to match the first bid. They did a great job and I did the contract so they flush my unit once yearly. Highly recommend.

Benjamin Franklin plumbing went above and beyond. We came home to smell gas in the garage - called the gas company and found a leak in the boiler. The gas was shut off. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing at almost 7 pm. The answering service, the person on call, and the specialist who came up to incline Village to repair the boiler were responsive and helpful. The young man who performed the repair was excellent. He was professional and did an excellent job. I highly recommend their services.

The only reason everything is not all 5's is because how expensive the job was. They had several different finance options and I was able to choose one to fit my budget. Other than that, everything is great. The plumber was extremely professional and would take the time to explain things to me. Also had a drain repaired under the house and a pressure regulator installed. I also had Robert Q. He is top notch.

Responded quickly and replaced water heater within a day. Only hic-up, was a fitting was not sealed or tightened properly, but made a call and they were back out within a hour to fix.
