"Premium is very busy because they are very proficient at what they do and deliver an excellent product. When I called a competitor to say that we had selected Premium, even his competitor said he was very good, and we would not be disappointed. We are new to the cold weather and did not understand the weather delays because of the cold winter, and try as he did, Frank did not seem able to meet my (unrealistic) expectations, but that was the ONLY "glitch" in the process, with me as much to blame as Premium. When the patio was poured, the landscaping immediately began. They did an OUTSTANDING job, both in the design and the delivery of our landscaping. They did not "skimp" on anything... The plants were all healthy and of good size and appearance. The boulders, edging, etc, were all great. We particularly valued Terry, the landscaping supervisor, and his crew. They were very responsive and communicative... Terry followed up to ensure that all the sod "took", and that all plants remained healthy and that they were well established. He continued to reset the sprinkler system to ensure that they continued to prosper, documenting what he had done so we could take over.
