"On Deck Fence built and installed a good neighbor fence, 2 wood gates and one rot iron gate. Demollition of the old fence was quite a job! Their crew was hard working and able to adapt when changes were made. I was impressed enough with this company that I hired them to install 2 paver walkways and paver my front porch. The paver work was completed in two days and looks beautiful. I would not hesitate to hire this company again. I highly recommend their services."

"Complete Concert did an awesome job pouring the RV driveway alongside our house. The area was sloped and had to conform with the odd shaped RV gate. Sergio made everything work perfectly. He and his team were professional and got the job done on time. We would definitely hire them again. Neighbors have asked us who did the work for us."

Customers say: True professional

"This company fulfilled its responsibility without actually completing the work, demonstrating the character of the business. I had a schedule of tasks to complete, but due to a medical issue, the project had to be cancelled. Tim took charge of my situation by processing my refund and offering a prayer, which helped me during a difficult time. I told Tim, as a Vietnam veteran, that I would welcome him into my foxhole anytime. Tim rose to the occasion, and for that, I want to thank him. Sincerely, John"

"Jordan did an amazing job replacing my old fence in the back yard. Such profesional work. He also framed and poured a concrete step outside my sliding glass door. On top of this, he also repainted the whole outside of my house. Amazing work thank you!"

Patios questions, answered by experts

An enclosed porch can be considered a living space if it meets certain criteria. For instance, it must be completely enclosed with solid walls and a roof. It should also have a heating and cooling source similar to the rest of the home. Finally, the porch should have direct access to and from the interior of your house.

A screened-in porch can add value to your home, but it won’t count toward the total square footage at an appraisal or when it comes time to sell. A screened-in porch is not fully enclosed, usable year-round, insulated, or heated or cooled, so it doesn’t meet the requirements of livable square footage in most locations.

A covered deck can be a good investment that increases your home value—especially if you live in a hot region with a lot of sun. A covering over the deck means you can get more use out of it, even on the hottest summer days. With a permanent deck covering, you can even add ceiling fans to help cool down your deck for added comfort.

A well-constructed and well-maintained sunroom can last as long as the rest of your house. If you build the sunroom to the same standards using the same quality materials as the house and perform regular maintenance to ensure the room stays in top condition, it can bring you decades of enjoyment.

A screened-in porch can add value to your home, with a potential return on investment (ROI) of 70% to 84%. The actual value added depends heavily on several factors. Climate is a major consideration; homes in warm, humid, or buggy areas (like the Southern regions) see the highest ROI. In colder climates, the value is diminished as the unconditioned space is unusable for much of the year. Other factors that influence the return include the quality of materials and construction, the size of the porch, and the local real estate market. While a screened-in porch can enhance curb appeal and attract potential buyers, it is not included in the home's total square footage for appraisal purposes.
