After encountering unforseen problems, not of HDC making, with the tear out, Israel came up with a alternative plan that was better than original plan. Brick patio looks like it belongs in a magazine. Israel tries his best to make the customer happy. I would use again if needed. 4 full days on the job so it was not a quick one."

"My pellet stove kept shutting off. William was able to diagnose the problem and repair it the same day. The exhaust was backed up with soot. He also cleaned the chimney, seems it had alot of creosote buildup I have had other contractors look at it with no diagnosis. One contractor said that it was too old and no parts were available. I would highly recommend KB Tech if you are having problems with your pellet stove. I will call him again if/when there is another problem. He was friendly and left no mess."
