"My project was a bit of a challenge since I'm in a small townhome with no direct back-yard access. Alberto gave me a quote that was a bargain so we scheduled the installation. Someone was supposed to be there on a Friday morning at 7AM, but no one showed. I texted Alberto and found out that several guys had called out that morning. I was starting to stress, but he assured me that he would have a crew over a little alter. The guys showed up at about 1PM. Those 3 guys worked their butts off to get the entire project done that day. They had to haul the old turf and soil over my block wall, and being 1 person short they still got it done. I am very pleased with the installed and with the professionalism of the crew. The only criticism I would have is that I wish Alberto had kept me more updated, but he did respond quickly to texts/calls."
