"Carlos was the person who cleaned my tile floors. He was punctual and gave a courtesy call when he was on the way to me house. I showed him my problem areas of the house that I could not remove from a mop. He did a great job and was able to remove all the floor stains I had. "I called in late morning and spoke with Eli. I told him I needed a couch and recliner cleaned and would like it done within a week. He said "How about this afternoon?" I jumped at it and we set a time window. Eli arrived within the given time. After an inspection, he suggested carpet cleaning also and gave me a good price for all.
