"We needed numerous updates and repairs, including replacement of carpeted floors with luxury vinyl, all interior rooms painted, replacement of bathroom vanities and a shower stall, fence replacement, plumbing repairs, replacement of sliding door and more, completed on a rental house. Our search for a contractor started with the floor replacement. We were lucky to find Pinuelas Construction through Angi's list. Ricky Pinuelas contacted us right away to provide an estimate. When verifying his business license, I noticed it included general contractor. We then had him complete all of the repairs needed on the house, not just the floor.
