Initially, I went through Home Depot and their installers, letâ s just say, they left within 3 hours with my house in disarray and told me I had to fix my subfloor first. Boooo! I called Kustom Billyâ s and right away he came into my house, fixed my subfloor and started install right away. My floors look amazing!!!! His professionalism and cleanliness were impeccable.
