"Gary showed up on time for his bid, which we felt was very fair.  He and his partner did a very good job.  The pergolas looked brand new and everything else looked clean and tidy.  We will be called them again for  further upkeep of the pergolas and I'm sure for other projects.  They are easy to work with.
