Paul and staff were prompt, efficient and very friendly. Knowledgeable, explaining every step they took. They removed pet stains and made my carpet & house smell great. No harsh chemical smell as with prior carpet cleaners. They also did an amazing job on my bathroom tile!

$490.95 for 4 small bedrooms! A Complete Scam! Please stay away from this company. I have a very small house with small rooms. This company cleaned 4 rooms. I received my receipt two months ago for the carpet cleaning for $114.. I discovered yesterday that the Company charged us $490.95 for carpet cleaning. I called them regarding this issue and the owner Andrew was no help.

I was quoted $89 for three rooms of cleaning, but when Joe and his partner arrived the first thing he did was tell me that for more money they would add something (I don't remember what) and it would be much better. I said OK, then later he said that if he did something else it would strengthen the carpet for next time. My total bill went from $89 to $235. Then I realized that they hadn't even moved any of the living room furniture which they had always done before. Real Deal has always given us better service before. You don't have to worry about getting my business again.

They were able to get me scheduled for the next day and all was well. The two technicians were professional and prompt. I had them clean 4 rooms and a hallway all for $114 (look for coupon). The service was great and I will have no problem using them in the future.

Never took a break, working straight through until the job was done.  Carpets look great and will be dry in about 6-8 hours.  Though there is a newer dry method out there that is more expensive, I prefer the standard long hose method - call me nostalgic.
They were, quick, efficient and motivated to do the job right and they did!

Paul and Tony were the technicians and they were so good it only took a little over an hour and everything came out perfectly!! I couldn't be more happy!! I would recommend this company to everyone from the woman who answered the phone (Pat) to the technicians, everyone was exceptional and very professional and the price you can't beat it!! Very impressed and grateful!!

The owner came out to survey the job and give us a quote.  He was very nice and very professional.  The workers were prompt, professional & did a good job.  I would recommend them to everyone.

They did a GREAT job!  They were punctual, professional, friendly and efficient.  My home is a two story, 2,712 square feet and except for the kitchen and 3 bathrooms, it is all carpet.  For the size of our house, the price was very competitive.  I would ABSOLUTELY recommend them to everybody I know and to those using Angies List! 

Very friendly and courteous guys.  Maybe it's because I asked for their "green" carpet cleaning products, but the carpet didn't get as clean as I hoped.  Worse than that, it left a terrible smell that lasted for weeks!  I might try using them again, but I would go with the regular cleaning agents they use and hope they smell better.

They fully walked through the job explained what they were going to do and asked if we had any questions regarding the work they were going to perform. They supplied fans to help expedite drying. When they completed the job they had us walk through the job to ensure it was satisfactory. All and all they were great communicators.

They were friendly and did everything as requested. The carpet looks great and they were very reasonable in price. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

their employees listened to my requests.  they cleaned areas that had been cleaned by another, similar service 5 weeks ago and were already soiled. they got rid of stains that have lingered for years (with many cleanings) and now our carpets look almost brand new again.

Alex was the repair guy.  He was professional and thorough.  About an hour later, the cleaning guy showed up and did a great job, nemo and neat.

Michael and Ryan called about ½ hour prior to arrival, both men were very nice, polite, and professional. They explained the process and finished in a timely manner. We are very pleased.
