"I had solar panels installed by SunPower's subcontractor Hooked on Solar in 2020. In 2023 some of the panels were damaged by an electrical outage and surge. It took about 4 months for Hooked on Solar to identify the damaged panels, schedule an appointment to replacement, but finally they fixed the panels."

"We had two other companies come to our home to give us bids on either 1)repairing our old system or 2) installing a new system.  The representatives of the first two companies immediately stated that, since our system was old (20 years) we should just scrap it and install a new system.
