Excellent experience. Courteous, knowledgeable, technicians, and great pricing. There are so many air conditioning service companies in Vegas, so we are very glad that we found this one.

My a/c tech was awesome. He came and quickly diagnosed the issue with our a/c unit that failed mid-summer. He even went so far that he helped us put a band-aid on it to get us through until they had an opportunity to come replace the 15+ year old unit with a quality package that was fairly priced. Very competitive and honest. We could have tried to hobble along our system for another year but was very honest in the fact that it was a gamble. They even got our install done ahead of schedule by squeezing us in. Can't say enough for the honesty, professionalism and down to earth character.

I was helped by Mike, who was fast and efficient at getting an install date set up. Since then, I have had zero problems, I can practically keep the milk on the counter!

I am an out of town investor with a property in Las Vegas. There are 2 AC units in the property. The tenant's dogs did some serious damages to the condensing units in the yard. One was a total loss, the other one was chewed up but still running. The tenant abandoned the the property and I incurred a big loss. The property manager introduced me to a low cost vendor to fix my problem. I came to Las Vegas and met with the vendor. The vendor recommended to me to install a new unit and assured me that he was going to follow all the proper procedures to replace the AC unit for me. When he started to install the unit, I sensed I was in trouble again. He pretty much skipped most of the steps he promised and finished the job quickly. When he left, the newly installed AC did not produce cold air and I was very angry and desperate at this point. I had to go home the next day and I know I could not trust that vendor and let him touch my AC again. I researched online over night and found TNA Heating and Cooling had many good reviews from multiple sites and decided to call TNA first in the morning. I called TNA at 6:00 AM. The owner Tom answer the phone. When I told him my problems, he said he will send out his best guy to my house to check it out for me. When I got to my house from the hotel, Tim from TNA is already here. He spent one hour and half thoroughly checked both units from out side to the attic. He found out the newly installed unit had no refrigerant in it due to a leak in the line set and the previous vendor did not bother to check for leak when he did the installation. He explained to me all the problems he found and he said he would report to Tom the finding and I should call Tom to discuss the repair work. Tom called me and gave a lot of advise of how to make sure to get original vendor to do his job. Tom later went to my property in person to double check the work done by the original vendor. I learned a big lesson in hiring HVAC contractors. Honesty, integrity and of course cost are the most important factors in hiring an contractor. There are hundreds of HVAC contractors in Las Vegas, so which one to choose? TNA Heating and Cooling is the one I trust. Thank you Tom and Tim for helping me out.

All in all we had a very good experience with TNA. Arte, Tom and Tim were all very helpful. We are very happy with our new HVAC system (Amana) Our only issues were minor communication issues. One regarding air flow in a small room, which was resolved very quickly. The other was where to obtain the users manual for the system.

Awesome customer service, the went above and beyond to get us a unit asap! The technicians were amazing!
