He fixed what turned out to be a minor problem in the box and installed a new breaker to get my A/C working. He saved me a lot of aggravation if I had gone with the first electrician. I would hire Kevin again in a heartbeat. In fact, I'm going to because I need a fixture hung."

Carmine always line items the estimate in great detail and reviews with you so you can understand what it is and decide if wanted. I appreciated hearing options and pricing so I could make choices. They have subsequently talked me through a couple resets when Cox or the router hiccups and they are always gracious with my subsequent tech support inquiries. The wireless upgrade work was about $2700 I then hired them to wall mount a 75 in tv which I ended up purchasing through them as the price was equal to anything I could find online or through a store sale. It was so much easier having them bring it and unpack and just take care of it all. After discussing sound options, we purchased the Sonos system - soundbar for tv and subwoofer. I could not be more pleased with their professionalism and expertise. It all looks great, wires all hidden..Apple tv hidden behind. I then extended the Sonos system with controllers connected to existing hard wired system. We reviewed options togethers and decided to connect to existing built in speaker system as the sound was good. Now I have audio streaming throughout the home segmented by room and cintrolled from mobile devices. The price for the tv, Sonos bar, subwoofer install was about install about $3800. I do not recall the cost of the Sonos controllers for the rest of the home. Carmine genuinely listens to you and offers options in various price ranges so that the customer can make an informed choice. Nestor, one of the techs, is very knowledgeable and helpful and I learn from him so I can trouble shoot. On the few occassions when the router has hiccupped, they responded quickly and talked me through the reset. I would say that network reliability is about 99% but I plan to purchase a device to monitor network and reset as needed. I have subsequently turned to them to mount my updated Apple tv to the flatscreen and to wall mount a new tv. I plan to continue using them for future home networking options (e.g., thermostats and lights)"

"Rudolph arrived on time and was prepared to work the full day if needed to complete our projects. He has integrity! We had a laundry list of items to be repaired, and he let us know for several items on the list that we should hire another provider to complete the work. Some things he said he could do, but wouldn't do it as well as another professional. He even went so far as to provide us recommendations for who to call for a couple things (custom door weather stripping & ceiling fan repairs). We will be hiring him again later this year to repair and paint our fence/gates as well as install casters on a cabinet. The only reason I gave him a 'B' for quality was because one of our chair legs was repaired with a gap where there shouldn't be a gap, so the attention to detail on this repair faded. The quality of that work was not on par with everything else. He has promised to deliver puddy when in the area next since re-doing the repair may damage the chairs thanks to the wood glue. The wood glue overflow seemed excessive to my husband, but I believe that is normal and we were able to remove it once dry. The other 'B' for professionalism was regarding cleanup - which is one of my pet peeves with contractors. The keys to my back fence gate (which includes a house key) were left in the gate unattended during the day, and not returned at the end of the day. There were extra pieces of the chicken wire which we had to throw away. And the old chicken wire was thrown away in our recycling bin instead of trash bin."

"After not hearing back from another company, Bond Heating and Airconditioning, who I  had left 2 messages for, I called this company
on 4/25/13; it was after hours so I expected to leave a message but, Tim answered the phone. He and his worker, Justin, came out the next day, even called me to let me know they were on the way...very considerate and impressive. They installed the thermostat and left. I shall use them again if need be and recommend them to others.
