We are family owned & operated business. Not counting the boss we have a total of 3 employees, 4 if you include the youngest in training but he only works once a week at the moment. The oldest son is the manager of the shop and then the assist-manager is the only one who isn't blood related. He has however been working with us since he was about 15, so is basically family

"2 bad back to back experiences. A few weeks ago I scheduled Alpine to come put a deadbolt on our door and they were a no show. 2 days ago, our landlord keeps going into our IT closet and I had Alpine come out to lock it so our server does not get shut off again. This morning the landlord showed up with a master key given to them from Alpine and entered the IT closet again. Don't worry that I have 125 businesses incubating in my space. I called Alpine and they said talk to the Landlord. Now the person I was trying to secure my IT closet from can access it again after paying 400 dollars to secure it. I am not EVER using or recommending this place again."
