ACCURATE MOBILE LOCKSMITH INC

We thought we were going to have to drill out the lock when we called the locksmith. He showed up promptly in response to our call and first determined that we were using the wrong turn sequence on the combination. He was familiar with the safe and the turning sequence, and with the expert application of a mallet, was able to cajole the tumblers into falling into place. He then removed the back of the door and thoroughly lubricated the mechanism with a Teflon lubricant so that everything moved smoothly again. Apparently the lubricant originally used has a tendency to evaporate in the dry Nevada climate, thus the balky tumblers. He left us with smoothly operating tumblers and written instructions for the turning sequence (doh!)

Very professionally done. The workman arrived right on time and had the whole project done in less then an hour. Will definently use them again.

Generally, the work they did was fine and they did what we asked them to do. There was one little problem that I did not notice until after he left. I did not call him back about it because he had to take the screws out of our door frame to do something with the lock mechanism. When he put the screw back in he missed the original hole and came out through my door frame so the screw was exposed. I was not too happy about that but, rather than have him fix it I am having my contractor fix it. But his lock work was great, he showed up on time and their price was fair. He did what I asked him to do and I was happy with the service he provided. I assume his pricing was competitive.

They were the only locksmith in the book to answer the phone. The technician came out fast, less than 20 minutes. He was friendly, and had us on our way very quickly.
