"Excellent. This was my best experience EVER in Las Vegas working with a contractor and I've done many jobs over the last 20 years. I am quite picky when it comes to quality and cleanliness and CTM and Mike Stater were especially professional and far exceeded my expectations. I did not have one bit of feedback to give him. It was perfect."

"I live in a community that is really secured and it terrifies most contractors. Rudolf and his business partner came in a timely manner and did a great job despite the strict rules and regulations. They put a desk and metal art work piece together for me which is a small job but they do bigger jobs like landscape design as well. I will use them again in the future as needed.

"Even though we live in the desert outside of town, he arrived on time to give us an estimate. He listened carefully to what we said we needed and his quote was very reasonable for the work that needed to be done so we agreed immediately to have him do the work. He came back when he said he would and completed the job in the time frame agreed to. He was very meticulous in completing the work and the final results were excellent. We will definitely hire him the next time we need a handyman!"

"Very happy with the whole process from start to finish. I submitted the job Saturday evening, Don replied after few minutes, the next day he checked what needs to be done and the following day it's done! He promised it will be completed in one day and he and his crew did just that. Thank you!"

"This expert is enormously talented and creative. In the past, in CA I had some very painful experiences with contractors and remodelers. Tim is a wonderful professional with the highest standards and reliability. You will be delighted and pleased with his results and skills! His projects for us were very large and comprehensive. I urge you to hire him."

"(I thought that I had already completed a review on this provider, so this is based on remaining impressions. Some details have been forgotten.) The lead plumber was professional in appearance and demeanor. He looked over the system and told me that I would need to replace the whole thing. He also looked at the installation of the new faucet and stated that the previous installer ruined my faucet and that I would need a new one, plus the plumbing from builders was poorly done and needed to be redone.
I told him that I just wanted to know if he could get my old R/O system working again and with this new faucet. He said "no" b/c the previous installation damaged the faucet. I asked if he could fix it, he said he could and would write up an estimate.
The estimate I got from him was for a complete new sink, faucet, new R/O system with new R/O faucet, redoing the whole plumbing under the sink. The items were over priced (at least 10-20% ABOVE retail - I know because I had researched the very products he was trying to sell me!) and the labor was excessive. He used the high pressure hard sales technique of trying to "scare" me into buying more than I needed. (I've worked in sales, so I know the methods he was using.) I also verified my impressions of his "estimate" with other plumbers and contractors.
I cannot recommend Proserv because I do not trust that they will do only what is needed and/or requested. They seem to be about the hard sell, maximizing profit, and squeezing out every dollar possible rather than providing good customer service and doing the job that is required. I will use any other provider before I use these guys. I did actually and not only did I get what I needed done, but saved some money too! (See my review on Las Vegas Plumbering.)"

"They were okay. They had one guy who had experience, but he could not get the supplies from the owner of the company. So, it took longer than it should have. I went out and bought supplies for him so he could have the job done. They should supply the workers with appropriate tools. They charged us exactly what we dealt with. There were no additional fees. The price was an okay price. The gentleman that they assigned to do this job was good. He was on time every day. As part of the professionalism thing, the tile did not line up in some of the areas. I would probably use them again. I have to oversee them again. I oversaw what they were doing there and I was acting as the contractor in a construction job site again."

"They were excellent and very professional. We expected to pay more for their services but the price was actually very reasonable. They were wonderful and the owner was very nice. He came over to start the work and saw it through to the end. They were very careful about keeping the place clean. They made sure the area they worked in was well protected and covered. I would recommend them to anyone if they asked me!"

Unfinished Carpentry questions, answered by experts

You can choose 5/8-inch plywood or 3/4-inch plywood—anything thinner than these sizes may not withstand the impact of debris propelled by strong winds or can be easily torn off by intruders. Remember that the durability of the wood board is crucial, particularly for safeguarding your windows during severe storms. The effectiveness of using wood boards for protecting the investment you made in your home relies on using the appropriate material and ensuring proper installation.

You may need a permit to install your window seat. Even though it's an indoor modification, some municipalities require permits for any built-ins added to homes. Check with your carpenter or, if you're DIY-ing, do some research on your city's requirements.

There are both temporary and permanent ways to enclose a carport. If you’re looking to enclose your carport for the winter, a canvas enclosure could do the trick. It won’t be as protective as a permanent structure, but it can offer some protection from elements like snow, rain, and wind. For a permanent enclosure, you can add extra walls, add a new vertical roof, or a lean-to addition on one side of the structure.

While framing a basement is not as difficult as finishing a basement, it's something you should typically leave to the pros. That’s because if something is installed correctly, it will affect your entire basement. However, you can take care of some of the smaller tasks, like filling holes or putting up some insulation.

Yes, you can hang picture frames, shelves, and other items on Trusscore panels. For lightweight items (less than 30 pounds), the company recommends using adhesive strips rather than nails or screws. However, you’ll need to secure heavier objects to a stud in the wall. In these situations, Trusscore recommends cutting away the panel material and fastening the object to the stud with metal hardware.
