They made my inexpensive tiles look like a million bucks. Mike is always easy to get in touch with, and both he and his crew are very pleasant to work with. All three of the bids I received were very close, and I chose Mike because he was the most prompt and professional, and provided the most detailed quote. I immediately felt confident that his work would be high quality. At the end of the project, they left their work areas even cleaner than they were in the first place. After such a great experience, I'm looking forward to hiring CTM again for my next tile project."

"Rudolph arrived on time and was prepared to work the full day if needed to complete our projects. He has integrity! We had a laundry list of items to be repaired, and he let us know for several items on the list that we should hire another provider to complete the work. Some things he said he could do, but wouldn't do it as well as another professional. He even went so far as to provide us recommendations for who to call for a couple things (custom door weather stripping & ceiling fan repairs). We will be hiring him again later this year to repair and paint our fence/gates as well as install casters on a cabinet. The only reason I gave him a 'B' for quality was because one of our chair legs was repaired with a gap where there shouldn't be a gap, so the attention to detail on this repair faded. The quality of that work was not on par with everything else. He has promised to deliver puddy when in the area next since re-doing the repair may damage the chairs thanks to the wood glue. The wood glue overflow seemed excessive to my husband, but I believe that is normal and we were able to remove it once dry. The other 'B' for professionalism was regarding cleanup - which is one of my pet peeves with contractors. The keys to my back fence gate (which includes a house key) were left in the gate unattended during the day, and not returned at the end of the day. There were extra pieces of the chicken wire which we had to throw away. And the old chicken wire was thrown away in our recycling bin instead of trash bin."

"We had water damages recently in April. After water restoration was done, we need to hire someone to repair our condo. The repairing job was not very big, but included many different works, such as drywall in both master bed room and master bath room, painting, install new cabinet in master bath room.... We have contacted many companies, some company can't meet our schedule, some company can only do drywall and painting. Some company's price was too expensive. We are very lucky to find Mr. Chu from Angle's list. He can do all these work with very reasonable price. Mr. Chu did excellent job for us! We can't even tell anything was done in the new repaired drywall. Mr. Chu not only has great skills to do so many different work, also he is a honest, reliable and hardworking person. "They were okay. They had one guy who had experience, but he could not get the supplies from the owner of the company. So, it took longer than it should have. I went out and bought supplies for him so he could have the job done. They should supply the workers with appropriate tools. They charged us exactly what we dealt with. There were no additional fees. The price was an okay price. The gentleman that they assigned to do this job was good. He was on time every day. As part of the professionalism thing, the tile did not line up in some of the areas. I would probably use them again. I have to oversee them again. I oversaw what they were doing there and I was acting as the contractor in a construction job site again."
