"Juan Carlos and his team painted my house and trim this week and accomplished the task in the time estimated with minimal delays. They provided a timely estimate and I selected them based on my interraction with the owner and the details he provided as to what would be done and in what time frame. They started the project a week ago today and finished in the week they proposed even though we lost a day due to rain. They arrived at the agreed upon time on day 1 and every day thereafter. The quality of the work is exceptional and the team accomplished the work because of their timeliness, industriousness, and dedication. "In using Home Experts I would fist say that my rating is granted as so because of the following. The flooring project was not attacked with great expertise by the owner causing the workers to come back to correct it. The company's lack of communication hindered my expectations of their final work. With that being said Home Experts also took on the job of performing interior painting of two bedrooms. The quote was for an additional living space and stairway hall area which was never consulted back with me thereafter. The owner charged me half of the quoted price which I believe was VERY STEEP for just two bedrooms with paint flaws here and there so that work I would say was just mediocre. Upon speaking with a representative at Angi list I was informed that they" interview" contracting companies based on license and bonded/insured but not so much on customer service. Just as my time and effort to hire contractors is important to me, I suggest that this should be part of Angi's criteria."

"We can't say enough to express how much we appreciated Kent and the work he did. Our job consisted of not only having 7 regular grab-bars installed but an upgraded toilet assist which consists of two bars that rise AND lower operating independently on each side of the toilet in our guest bathroom. They lower and lift back up to the wall when not needed, and one includes a toilet paper rod to complete it's efficiency. We also had two " Toilevators" brandname, installed under each of our two toilets so that we had our 2 toilets lifted 3" without dealing any longer with those nasty plastic toilet risers that will take urine stains that are impossible to clean. He has a partner that specializes in the toilet jobs. They work together flawlessly. In the middle of ALL this, we had a crisis with my elderly husband who required a two week hospital stay and then "away from home" recovery care, so I was tied up with his care. Kent can be trusted implicitly as I had to arrange a "hide a key" during my husband's crisis, which worked perfectly. He was a Godsend since he performed the complex job flawlessly, in two days, operating when I couldn't be there. He has a great working relationship with his "toilet expert" partner, with Kent being the lead. Kent will be my "GO TO" contractor for any construction job at our house, in the future!!! (p.s. He has a good heart and showed compassion when he inquired about my husband & wishing us both well. STELLAR!!! --- LZ"
