"Juan Carlos and his team painted my house and trim this week and accomplished the task in the time estimated with minimal delays. They provided a timely estimate and I selected them based on my interraction with the owner and the details he provided as to what would be done and in what time frame. They started the project a week ago today and finished in the week they proposed even though we lost a day due to rain. They arrived at the agreed upon time on day 1 and every day thereafter. The quality of the work is exceptional and the team accomplished the work because of their timeliness, industriousness, and dedication. The team are all very young, but are extremely efficient and hard working. As stated, they were always on time and exhibited a great attitude at any and all tiimes. "It turned out fine. I had to travel back to the East Coast to visit some some other family. Then I came back and left a friend in charge of monitoring the install after I returned to Alaska. They did the work after the fact of me being there.

From the pictures that my friend took of their work, there was only 1 problem. But they came back and repaired it. I guess the supervisor came back and did a walk over after his crew did the work and he cleaned it up. They also advised me of some other work that needs to be done and that turned out pretty good too as far as the estimate. They will probably do it this summer. I plan on using them again on the stucco work.
