In November 2020, Progreen performed outstanding work on my second home in Las Cruces, NM, which had sustained substantial wind and hail damage. Not only was the team's work excellent it was also cost effective. The price was reasonable and the service was first rate. For example, the company provided material upgrades at no additional charge. Most important, Art was a much-needed advocate for me with the insurance company, guiding me through the process while I remained in Maryland unable to travel. Never have I encountered a company so dedicated to customer satisfaction and putting the customer first. I highly recommend Progreen.

Both Frank Sarabia & Art Garibay were professional, informative, and helpful from the initial inspection and quote through the installation. During the inspection, they identified that the deck was in poor condition and below code and would need to be replaced. None of the other companies I obtained quotes identified the decking issue. Frank was very helpful during the inspection and pointed out what to look for and to what to let the insurance company know about. Their estimate was very reasonable and inline with the insurance estimate. The installation was fast, efficient, and clean. They addressed an unexpected rain storm and got everything sealed and stayed on site after hours and after the rain stopped to make sure there were no leaks. They dealt with all unexpected issues with the roof quickly and professionally. They cleaned up around the house throughout the installation and after the job was complete. They exceeded all of my expectations.

They were so great. They came out during the rain to fix our roof as it was leaking inside our house. We had previously had someone else working on the issue and the problem kept growing. Pro Green was so professional and fixed the leak and it lasted until we had our roof reroofed years later. I can't say enough good things about them.

We’ve used them twice. They found out where the leaks were and they were around the gutter area and they just went up and completely resealed all of them. They did a better job than the people who did 30% higher.

Our roof was damaged in the hail storm last October. We contacted Progreen after we got the scope of work authorization from our insurance. They were very prompt in coming out and providing an estimate. They were very up front about the fact due to the number of roofs they had lined up from the storm it would be several weeks until they could start work. In addition the type of roof system we wanted required consistent temperatures above 45 degrees so depending on the weather it could be spring before the work could be done. We opted to go with Progreen and of course the weather turned cold before we could get started. So it was spring before we could get started. The house was in need of stucco repair and new elastimaric paint and the parapets were damaged by the hail. Since the parapet damage was covered by insurance and since it would be much more efficient to have the work done at the same time we elected to go ahead with both jobs. The cost quoted above was split roughly half and half with the roof being paid by insurance proceeds and the stucco and paint out of our pockets. Progreen was very competent in keeping the two jobs separated. Work took about three week including some short days for rain and wind. Crews arrived around 7:15 and were unfailingly polite and with a few minor exceptions were very good about cleaning up every evening. Management was responsive and dealt with the few problems very promptly and to our satisfaction. All in all a very professional job.

I solicited bids from this company and several others to replace my roof after a recent hail storm. The GOOD: They were professional and on time to look at my house and provided a bid in line with others I had received. I ultimately decided to go with a different contractor because they warranted their work for a much longer period. The BAD: AT NO TIME did I give them any written or verbal approval to proceed with the job. Then today I received a call stating that their representative was attempting to pick up a city permit to begin work on my house??? I called them back and explained that I had gone with another bid, at which point I was chided for not being "more up front" with them and letting them know. When I asked why they attempted to proceed with a job with no signed contract, I was told I had provided "verbal" approval by allowing them to drop off a sample book of shingles? While I am "guilty" of not explicitly calling them and declining their bid, what kind of professional business in this day and age attempts to begin a job with no signed agreement or contract, especially when those documents have to be provided to the mortgage and insurance companies in a situation like this? I received estimates from four companies for the job, and only Progreen was this presumptuous.

I had a new roof put on about six years ago by another roofing company and had been fighting a leak off and on ever since. During a hard rain in June, the leak came back plus another leak. I decided to get estimates on a roof and Art was the third one I called. He was out the next day to inspect the roof and he said that I really didn't need a new roof and a reseal would fix the problem. I had just had back surgery and couldn't climb the ladder so he took pictures and showed me all the problems. It was about a week before they could get started but Art kept me informed of any delay. After the work was started their was a couple of delays because of weather and previous commitments, but Art always apologized and kept me informed. The work was excellent, Art and the crew were very professional and the price was right. We have had several very hard rains since the work was performed without any leaks. What more can I say? I would not hesitate to call Art for any future work.
